Bonnie Davis-Biggs is honored to serve the San Antonio, Texas, community. Before working in various customer service positions, Bonnie studied broadcast design and motion graphics at Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2007, she became a property manager, where she worked until she became a Realtor® at the start of 2021. She learned many valuable skills from her previous careers, including the art of negotiating, managing people management, meeting maintenance requirements, marketing, and landscaping, all of which she now applies to her real estate career.
Bonnie has completed continuing education courses and is now a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor. She received the Roscoe Achievement Award in 2018, was nominated as a finalist for San Antonio Apartment Association Property Manager of the Year, and received the Roscoe Spirit Award in 2019.
Bonnie is passionate about helping people, houses, and problem-solving. She feels that being a Realtor® is the perfect fit for her. She bought her own first house at age 24, kickstarting her interest in real estate. She understands how her career can really make a difference in a client’s quality of life.
Bonnie is originally from Savannah, Georgia, and relocated to San Antonio in 2013. Some of her interests outside of work include singing and sewing. Bonnie would like to someday start a nonprofit to help people enduring chemotherapy in honor of her mother.
