Veronica Granado was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has lived in the city of Garland since her elementary school years. After high school, Veronica visited Cancun and wound up staying for a year and a half. While she was there, she realized what she wanted to do with her life: real estate. She was eager to become part of a real estate team, where she was readily accepted. Soon, she was handling sales, leases, negotiations, and all the other myriad duties of a real estate agent.
Suddenly, Veronica had found her profession. “I loved to hear when I would help close a transaction and know how happy my clients were,” she said. “I was handed a big responsibility that they looked for me to handle!” When she returned to Dallas, she worked for a year as an insurance agent, gaining valuable administrative and customer service experience. But remembering her success in Mexico, it wasn’t long before she became a full-fledged Realtor®.
Veronica still finds it personally rewarding. “I’m all about my clients, so I invest my time to give them the highest level of service possible,” she said. “I want to be the person that they can trust right off the bat and be part of that moment where their goal finally becomes reality — it’s something big to celebrate!”
Veronica is very big on self-care. For her, watching the sun set over a calm lake helps her think clearly and plan accordingly, and relaxes her mental imagery. She said, “Sometimes, you have to get away to come back stronger.”
