I bought a new build house initially in July of 2020 and ended up getting a new job in a different city during the time it was being built. We got the build transferred over to a new development with the same builder at a place closer to where I work, and even had the earnest pay fully transferred over. Throughout the entire time, Devon was present and patient, and was able to handle everything in a friendly and professional manner. Even with the winter storms nearly causing delays in the build time right before closing, we were able to work through it and get everything on track. We love our new house!
