Steve Kjol is a passionate Realtor® serving the North Houston area. Steve has been a real estate investor since 2011 and an industry professional since 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and has a background in outdoor sales, previously working as a district sales manager.

Steve adopted his values of honor, courage, and commitment during his time as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He now channels the skills he learned from his military, educational, and district sales managing experiences to be a successful real estate professional. He is innovative, humble, and dedicated to making sure his clients are satisfied.

After Steve left the Marine Corps, he bought his first investment property. Since then, he’s flipped multiple houses, and he also owns some properties that he rents out long-term. Steve has experience working with a wide variety of clients but especially enjoys working with other military veterans, first-time homebuyers, and investors.

In his free time, Steve supports Habitat for Humanity and indulges his interests in travel, cars, and Houston sports teams.
